Sole Realty Services is a local, service-oriented business that focuses on assisting Realtors to accurately and professionally market their listings. We currently offer floor plans and approximate square foot calculations. Mark Eversole, Co-Owner, inherited a love of working with the earth from his grandfather and chose the logo for Sole Realty Services of an acorn which represents the power and potential inherent in each personal and professional relationship. The acorn speaks to the perseverance it takes to achieve our company goals of providing a comprehensive menu for real estate agents to increase their own service to meet their clients’ needs.

My passion in working collaboratively with others in leadership and service has brought me from being a principal of a comprehensive high school in northern Colorado to the creation of a service oriented business which allows me the incredible gift of partnering with professional real estate agents to enhance the marketability of their clients’ properties.
I have always believed in service to my community, something I have modeled to my children as a previous Eagle Scout and in how I conduct myself as a person of integrity. Building relationships and supporting others’ personal and professional growth is something I hold dear.
My greatest joy is being a grandfather, husband and father to three incredible young people who are pursuing their own life adventures and passions. Adventure is an important part of my life which includes touring with our motorcycle, fly fishing, golfing, camping, and hanging out with family.
Something no one knows about me is I am a bee keeper and I love ‘my girls’.

The strongest pillars in my life are my wonderful family, being able to enjoy the beautiful Colorado outdoors, the gratifying work that I do and my faith. I see every day as an incredible opportunity – to appreciate the blessings in my life, to strive to better myself and my community, and to positively impact projects and collaborations.
I happened to find my way into the realm of construction, design, and marketing via a series of wonderfully unexpected events. Over the last 15 years, I have had incredible experiences; from helping build a ski resort, consulting on the design of a 50,000+sqft commercial property and helping market thousands of residential homes. I feel truly honored to be a part of people’s journeys – whether it is visual marketing floor plans for real estate agents or being a vital part of a construction team. I pride myself in cultivating relationships, treating every job with the utmost professionalism, and striving for excellence.
I am most joyful when I am with my family in the great outdoors. Sharing what my parents instilled in me, an appreciation and respect for nature, with my sons and my husband has been such a gift. A few items on my bucket list that I’m hoping to check off this year are salmon fishing in Alaska and learning how to paint.
Fun fact about me – I skydived the United States highest tandem jump (90 second free fall-18,000 feet), and it was amazing!
